Today the Roman Emperor himself hired a chariot and crossed the mighty English Channel to the foreign realm of France and that great trading mecca called 'Calais'... There he found bountiful supplies of wine and beer and spirits - all for a fraction of the price sold in his own Empire! He decided to take back a great many of these supplies for 'examination' to find out why Calais is such a lure for his subjects...
