dutcheese scenario and CD's mod

I'm interest in playing the dutcheese scenario with the Cd's mod.
Do you know what can (must) do for this ?
Which files are overwritten by dutcheese scenario ?

I tried just this thing and it was a disaster leading to multiple re-installs. CD completely rewrites the gamedata directory which is the same place that DC does most of his work.
I think you would have to pick through file by file to sort out the conflicts.
If you succeed I'd really like a copy! CD adds such a lot to the game but acc-start is so useful.
