The sarantium gold, production, and power increase can all be tied directly to the new city, working gold, and building a wall.
Todo next turn:
Move the worker stacks. one stack to split up and each chop a seperate tile for FS. This should put them not finishing the chop till after math is finished, for the little math bonus to chopping. Cuts roughly 5 turns off build time.
The other stack move to connect the iron.
Move all non-essential troops near foxtrot towards the Sarantine town.
