Growth vs Production
What is the best medium between the two. I am wondering if all out massive growth and full irragation of flood plains for capital city is worth it as to get to 12. Then switch over to massive production at that time.
In very early game wonder what food growth is enough before filling in your mined hills and forest for serious production output? Wonder if the startegy of racing to get your cities to 12 then switch over to full production works well.
When i start around alot of flood plains I am so tempted to just irragate and go all ouit pop until my city hits 12.
