Adding New Units

I'm having a problem adding new units to PTW, I was hoping someone could help me out. I downloaded a couple new units and unziped them to the Art-Units folder, I edited the Civilopedia.TXT and the Pediaicons.txt. but they never show up in the game. I went into the editor as well and tried to add the unit that way but the graphic never shows up.
Any advice??
