I just installed PTW, and realized I have a ton of custom units and such in my original Civ3 folders, and I am wondering how to go about making sure I get the right graphics and such transferred.
I had a Civ3 save game bic that I opened using PTW, and while it did load the game, the custom units I had installed were all lost their custom graphics (for example, I had downloaded nonnob's German stormtrooper and made a new unit, yet when I loaded the game, Germany's stormtroopers were all the original Civ3 marine graphic).
Do I need to copy all the custom units into the PTW unit art folder? Why would I need to do this when all the original Civ units seem fine, and they don't all have folders in the PTW folder?
Also, I'm not sure why this happened, but in the game I loaded above, when I tried to go to the city screen, the game crashed. I am assuming this was a problem relating to the custom graphics and my altered Units_32 file, but am not sure.
