I'm running C3C 1.22 on XP and whenever I try to initiate ANY MP game (LAN, Hotseat or PBEM) the game set up screen will automatically open (no initial "lobby" where I can join existing games) and none of the buttons are responsive, including the "exit" button, save the "Rename Tribe" button.
At most my own drop-down will say "Connecting", if anything. My firewall is off. (And why would either of those have anything to do with a Hotseat game?)
The screen DOES NOT lock up. Windows says the program is "running". But I cannot get out of that window without ctl + alt + del because of the non-responsiveness of the buttons.
Atari support's been pretty useless.
Any ideas, suggestions, sympathies?
