Probably Dutch. I haven't seen it, but the words 'spelletjesgarnaal', 'dagboek' and 'vrijdag' are Dutch.

It's indeed a Belgian site and the story accompanying the video is in Dutch. It's not about Civ3 though, it's about the adventures of Game-shrimp on E3, not very interesting. And I agree the movie itself isn't exactly spectacular either.Comment
