The reason why the civ1 city view was miles ahead of Civ2's city view, was that civ1's had more houses per pop so it didn't look like an empty city with improvements only. Civ1's city view also filled the screen, while Civ2's always had a small city surrounded by lonely FORESTS (when they should have been farmland). THis made for a ridiculous situation where the city view of say a size30 city surrounded by farms would be a few houses, lots of ugly big improvements, and all surrounded by dense FOREST!?!
- Civ3 MUST add more houses per pop, skyscrapers in modern age in the middle of the city, and most importantly FARMS surrounding the city, if you have in fact farmed the area around the city!
