Do you like how I redid the Wonders section; or should I keep the thread numbers beside the thread name?

The wonders section is very good - there's no point having the thread numbers, because who needs it?
Now you've just got to do it to all the threads!

Actually, we have no idea whether our discussions now are making a difference, but certainly, if you have an idea/comment/etc post it in this forum's thread and not in the List forum.

These should definitely be in there. Rather prominently, I'd suggest

Worthwhile idea. I find the listed threads under their numbers and titles not too easy to trace and retrieve. A clickable link would be most helpful and it looks like help is already been offered for this job .
