For the scenario-editor concious people on thse boards who hopefully someday will own civ III, we should have extra:
Tech Slots (at least 10, perhaps 20) [already editable]
Unit Slots (at least 20, perhaps 30) [already editable]
Improvement Slots (We should be able to edit some basic parameters in the civ games)
What else should we edit that is now uneditable?
And how should it be implemented?
