It's redundant to say 'military dictatorship' because a dictator os someone who rules through the military. Thus the only difference between Nazi Germany and those african nations of which you speak is that Nazi Germany had a goal to take over the world. So just merge dicatorship and military dicatatorship since they are the same thing.
