Firaxis Hiring -- Multiplayer Server?

Check out Firaxis' job openings. I find it very interesting that they have an opening for someone with *nix, client/server, and multiplay experience... This seems to represent a substantial shift in focus toward multiplay/internet issues. Thoughts?

Should we ask that any server be open source?
