I suggest Yet Another Rule Change: to Prohibit Rail Use In Enemy ZOC.
My 'realism' rationale is that you would not dare to use an exposed method of movement where the enemy could potentially 'quite easily' wipe you up. E.g., cavalry raid on the rail line.
I have no objection to road use, I think that is appropriate. But if RAIL use is allowed through a ZOC, then the ZOC wielder should AT LEAST get a greatly enhanced attack, perhaps with EACH Hitpoint, and defender's terrain should be treated as 'flat'.
Initially, I was thinking should prohibit rail use adjacent to an enemy combat unit, but within an enemy ZOC I think is good.
