I downloaded the 'corrected' Civ3 Editor (v 1.15, bic 2.10). When I start it I get a windows message box:
ERROR: Incompatible Civ3 Scenario File version.
It seems to work after that, I haven't tried it extensively.
But if I double-click the civ3mod.bic, well... you can see by the screenshot.
What is wrong?
