Forbidden Palace better than the original?
The reason I say this is because my two capitols are building and selling courthouses. in my main capitol I sell my couthouse (prior to building it again) and see my corruption go from just 1 trade to 2 trade and one shield. in my second capitol (with the forbidden palace) I sell the courthouse and go from one trade lost to... ... one trade lost.
in case you are wondering, the two cities have nearly identical shield and trade output. the main capitol also has a wonder (pyramids).
