Upon opening a trade screen I have never seen another civ that has excess strategic resources available for trade. Often they have luxuries available but in over 15 games played I have yet to see resources available... Do I need to be looking in a different screen? I have read other posts about trading for strategic resources; while not easy; they have stated that it is possible....I need to find out how....
