I am tired of chaning a city off of the forbidden palace each turn because it automatically chose it.
I dont think a wonder should EVER be chosen automatically by a city unless its in the build queue.
And what the heck.. I have not built one catapult the entire game yet cities that finish marketplaces start building catapults! I thought it was supposed to learn from past building habits?
