Whenever I use quick start to generate a new world it fills it with 8 civs. Which is quite a few on a tiny map. (Which was where I noticed this.)
Truly masochistic peoples could take advantage of this and play deity on a tiny pangaea.
The rest of us want to get this fixed in the patch so we can generate new maps a bit faster.
