Our 3rd city will be founded near the cattle in the north, sealing off GoW a bit.
Where shall we found our 4th city?
Options:
1) Near the game/wheat in the NE. Close to Invictus, low corruption. On a river, at the end of the existing road.
2) Near the iron source in the SW. Inside the Military Border, trying to seal off ND. If possible, near a Spice source, and protected by hills and a river.
3) Elsewhere.
The exact location can be determined later.
