When the worker is done, move it to the hill NW-NW of Invictus. Road this tile and the bonus grassland to the west. This will connect the yellow and green squares, and put the worker in a good position to improve the land around the green square and to build a road towards ND.
We can later build another road on the south side of the river, to avoid the two bridges.
For now, Invictus has enough improvements, since it will not grow beyond size 2 for long.
