We've made some FAM progress this chat; Contact with India was bought, and we were able to make back much of the cost by in turn selling it to other civs. We've brought our Territory Map collection up: We now have the Celts', Persians', and Koreans' TMs. If we still do not buy a tech in 5 turns, I recommend buying some more TMs, starting with Germany (their TM is cheap compared to other civs, and we don't yet have any idea where they are).

I was hoping we could buy MM this turn and then sell it for Code of Laws (Spain) and Philosophy (Ottomans); however, I'm afraid the cost of this tech is prohibitive. We may be able to re-examine this in 5 turns, when expensive gpt payments to Egypt end, but for now, no techwhoring is possible.
