Nuke treaties

Well, I like hotseat and play MP sometimes, but lots of times, before a game starts I sometimes proclaim a nuke treaty so as not to cause global warming, does anyone do this besides me?

Nuclear weapons add interest to a game whether they are launched or not. No nuke treaties!
