Where are these city graphics??

There exist a number of patches with updates cities for modern cities which are basically a nighttime skyline with white and yellow lights.

I have a mod pack that has a variety of this, but the fortified cities have a white "forcefield", which frankly I find ugly. Anyone know where the orginals are which just have a thick concrete base for the city when city walls are present?

If this is the same city image that I have, the fortified cities do have a small grey wall, but a thick white outline tracing the buildings. you could go into a graphics editor and color the white as the transparent background. I don't know where the original came from.
