HELP with Win 98

Hiya,
I just got a new computer and when I load civ 2 it's fine, but if I try and load Civ 2 Scenarios and Civ 2 Fantasy Worlds It fails and tell me file "inst30" has a problem can someone help me?

just keep "explorer" and "systray" then install
your addons
