PMS problem!

[Caesar the Great]

It says I've gotten a PM then the prompt shows up I click ok... it says my box is empty...

Then I tried getting to it without going through the prompt... so I clicked on my inbox, and nothing....

Can someone please attend to this.... this is my first of hopefully many PMS
