Two page archive topics

I was browsing the archives, and noticed that every (one-page) topic showed as a two page topic. I always started on page 2, and if I clicked the page 1 link it went to a completely different topic. Here's an example.

it's not your problem. it's a problem caused by the mass archive routines in the forum scripts, which are hack and not a standard feature and dont always work properly.

one day this will all be history...
