One of the UGO adverts for 'Online Orbital Casino' contains a thing in the centre that is flickering back and forth set in a windows window. Now it is extremely irritating when you are trying to type and look further down the screen with that thing flickering and is enough to give you a headache. Can you stop them from this kind of underhand attention-grabbing tactic? It could also be a potential risk to epileptics.

We do not see a reason to pass a formal complaint onto UGO about this ad at present (I have yet to see it myself). However, if anyone else would like to file a complaint against the banner that PB has brought to our attention let us know.

Spam? Me? Never........
Swiftly back to the original topic, I for one would appreciate the removal of this adertisement, and while epileptics would probably be better advised not to go near the Net anyway, it does get extremely annoying for the rest of us.

The key to avoid that and lots of other unpleasant surprises is to type your response into a text editor. When was the last time your browser or Apolyton crashed and killed off a long post of yours?
I use Notetab Light: it's free and it works great. You can download it at the Notetab website or your closest Tucows site.
