MarkG, I just checked the Civ2MP forum, the IMG tag (no maps or pictures) is ignored when you go for the printer friendly version.

There's also no printer option for: http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum2/HTML/000623.html
    and http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum2/HTML/000809.html

    bummer
Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.

      1) yes, the script assumes that no images should exist on a printer-friendly version of the thread. wrong?

      2) if you have a post in those threads, edit one of your message in order to "update" it

Diplogames often include images (maps, screenshots) to show the game situation. You miss a lot of the charm when they're not there. I only need those images activated once so I can convert them to PDF. Afterwards you can turn it off again if it's unnecessary. If you can include images in the printer version permanently, by all means, please do.

If it's not too much trouble, maybe you could have two print buttons at the top of the thread: one for printing with images and one for printing without images.

And MarkG, one more thing, could you send me some of the free ink cartridges that Scouse Gits uses?
