make an ongoing 'test' thread

this could be on the apolyton forum, and could be reserved for people testng their new sigs, html codes, smile formations, whatever they needed to test. didn't want to start it, lest it be considered 'spamming'

If I need to test any html, I find a really old post of mine in a long forgotten thread, and keep editing that one till the html looks ok.

I like the idea, but it would be hard to spam-proof it.

Why don't the admin's just make a rule that threads 'testing' things are not 'spam' (as long as the tests are ligit and are not over-used) AND provide a forum on which these tests can be done. (I don't mean a new forum, just tell us where. ex apolyton, ot, etc.)
