CTP Downloads Section

With respect to the downloads section for CTP, I would appreciate it if there was a short sentence or two about each download. For example, new civilization lists are created, but it is difficult without a trained eye to tell if a civ was taken out to allow a new one in. In the future there will be multitudes of files in this section and without few words on each we'll have to download and either read the readme or worse, search through the new file.

Also - perhaps its time to move the slower loading CTP wallpaper images to a separate page.
