I guess all of you know the message
The crux is, this message not only appears when one tries to enter the forums, but also the main paige, but the action attribute of the form tag is a relative link, so this form works right if you run it from http://www.apolyton.net/forums/, but it just directs to http://www.apolyton.net/member.php (causing the 404 error) if you try to enter the main page and are not logged in.

I suggest it rather should be
<form action="http://www.apolyton.net/forums/member.php" method="post">
or even more flexible
<form action="$bburl/member.php" method="post">
