    During <B>ApolyCon '06</B> held last month in Timonium, Maryland, <A HREF="http://apolyton.net/go.php?http://www.firaxis.com/company/bios.php?bioid=80" TARGET="_new">Alex "alexman" Mantzaris</A> and <A HREF="http://apolyton.net/go.php?http://www.firaxis.com/company/bios.php?bioid=85" TARGET="_new">Jon "Trip" Schafer</A> gave a presentation on "Modding <I>Civilization IV</I>" at <A HREF="http://apolyton.net/go.php?http://www.hotel-ballt.com" TARGET="_new">event venue</A>&nbsp;<B>Holiday Inn Select-Baltimore North</B>. In the <A HREF="http://convention.apolyton.net/videos/modding_civ4-4.wmv" TITLE="Click to Download (25.9MB)">fourth of five installments</A>, Schafer discusses the design process for creating modifications and scenarios in <I>CivIV</I>. He and Mantzaris also field an inquiry from a number of attendees about why there is no XML editor with the game. Below is a screenshot from this production:
