The reports of my death have been greatly (or at least slightly) exaggerated. Mark whipped his followers into a frenzy prematurely.
I expect that the Hive will finish me off within a few turns. My only regret is that I never got to see that fab car."I love justice, I hate iniquity. It is not my pleasure that the lower suffer injustice because of the higher." - Darius I, 550-486 BC

Fear not, Provost Darius - for the fab rover is on its way! Meanwhile, the substitute, only disciplined, but still competent, should stave off future Hive assaults on the sole University Base.
P.S. The Believers aren't going to last much longer

Turn to big_canuk.
Thanks for dispatching that fab (or at least competent) rover. I don't see it, though. Do you need directions?

As you neglected to build sensors you will not have noticed my rover, standing on the edge of your territory. Actually, what is more likely is that has been annihilated by Yang...oh well - actually, it was 3 squares away, so it might still have survived....We're back!

Indeed the competent rover is still alive, with the fab car wading its way through the fungus in anticipation....
Turn to WE....
It is my duty to report that we, the Spartans, have eliminated the bible-thumping Believers. They shall spread their lies over the land no more.

I saw your shiny car last turn, now I see nothing but mindworms. Don't tell me you've fallen victim to "the curse of the University"?
Turn to Big_Canuk.
