I was just looking through xscripts.txt, working away on a mod, then suddenly I stumbled upon various parts of AI speech which I never hear. Did any one see this before:

    #HYPERSTIM
    #xs 400
    #caption Operations Director
Hyperstimulants activated! Unit's movement rate doubled until end of
turn. Unit can opt to use "skip" (space bar) command to expend
    hyperstimulants and repair all damage.

    #POLYMER
    #xs 400
    #caption Operations Director
Polymer adhesives placed! Movement into/through this area impeded.

    #VOICE
    #xs 400
    #caption Operations Director
    Subliminal Coercion activated! Select action:

    Force target to attack.
    Force target to retreat.

    #caption Operations Director
    Subliminal Coercion attempt fails.

    #COMMDIPLO
    #xs 440
    #caption Communications Officer
    I have $TITLE0 $NAME1 of the $FACTION2 on Channel $NUM0.
    Shall I put $HIMHER3 through?

    Yes, switch to main viewscreen.
    No, close the channel.
No, but I will call $HIMHER3 back later.
No, and do not accept further message from $TITLE0 $NAME1.
    Display faction leader profile.

    #BUYPROTO0
    #xs 440
    #caption $CAPTION7
"It cost me a pretty penny to develop the $LASERCRAWLERPROTOTYPE0.
Are you willing to part with $NUM0 energy credits for the plans?"

    "Never mind."
    Pay $NUM0 energy credits.

    #TRADEMAPS
    #xs 440
    #caption $CAPTION7
"A fine exchange; we shall trade you map for map."

    #PROTOPACT
    #xs 440
    #caption $CAPTION7
"I am pleased to report that my engineers have completed
the new $UNITTYPE0 prototype ($STATS1)! The first units are entering service
now. Would you care to share prototype data?"

"No. My prototype data is too sensitive."
"Yes, let us combine our prototyping efforts!"

    #REBUFFED
    #xs 440
    #caption $CAPTION7
"Perhaps you should look to your defenses, $NAME0, for
    you tread on dangerous ground."

... This body holding me reminds me of my own mortality...
    ... Pain is an illusion...

yeah, those are scripts for features that never made the final game. It's too bad because they look really interesting. IF I remember correctly, I think Firaxis felt that they were unbalanced and cut them from the final game.

    ------------------
No permanent enemies, no permanent friends.
'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"

I've noticed this feature some months ago...
There are other feature not implemented in the final game
      For example:
      • Two deleted techs
      • A sound file for the Stockpile Energy
      • Other sound file for other facs.

I've listed them all, but I think the thread was deleted for the long time

Actually, I have gotten the last comment you wrote...the "dangerous ground" one. Or, maybe I was baked, but I am pretty sure I have gotten that one.

Me too - I think it is one of the comments that applies only to what the game considers 'mortal enemies' of yours. I had it with the Hive, whilst playing PKs - they called a truce after a lengthy vendetta, and I got this when I refused one of their demands.

You got that? Strange, I never had that, maybe cos I preffer either peaceful or quick & deadly games (where I am ready to crush the faction in a cuople of turns). I certainly got "two can play that game" speech when I double-crossed Yang several times by signing Truce the breaking it, then signing... then he eventually broke it and I crushed him, simple as that !

All of those tags are present in standard script.txt as well.
And the #COMMDIPLO window does appear - but only in Multiplayer.
