You know the interlude texts that you get when a certain events happen. After your attacked by a native life form for the first time or when you first meet the aliens? I have looked for these wanting to play with them a bit. But I haven't seen them. They aren't a part ot the alpha text are they. Or are they a part of something else?

Interlude Text?
Which side are we on? We're on the side of the demons, Chief. We are evil men in the gardens of paradise, sent by the forces of death to spread devastation and destruction wherever we go. I'm surprised you didn't know that. --Saul TighTags: None

It's a file called interlude.txt and there's and interludea.txt and interludex.txt for SMAX. There actually supposed to be an interlude the first time a human faction discover the Borehole Cluster. Never seen it in the game though.
Yep you do see it but only in SMAC (when I only had SMAC I played it v4 and whenever I got near borehole cluster I got an interlude).... This body holding me reminds me of my own mortality...

Yeah, I went back and looked at after I posted, and realized it was in the original version. I didn't get V4 until I had SMAX, and I don't really go back. There is also a human one for the Manifold Nexus.-Argo
