Use the multiplayer hotseat/play-by-email function. Save & Exit when you have taken your turn. Email the saved game to the next player. He loads it from the multiplayer menu.

Also, if you haven't got it, you need patch 2.0 or later to play hotseat/e-mail games.We're back!
