IP Player needed to assist Googlie with tweaking AI Miriam.
Googlie is going to attempt to tweak Miriam, to stop her building CPs all over the place. To do so he needs a player from each faction to be available on line in an short IP period of the game, whereby He and Tass would play the AI turns (to correct the Governor instructions).
As I understand it the human factions won't play, it is just a mechanism for tweaking the AI.
