Official: Build the Longevity Vaccine in Tacticus Academy?

Should the Longevity Vaccine be built in Tacticus Academy, in order to increase economic output there by 50%, possibly in conjunction with the use of an energy park? You have three days to vote.

EDIT: Ignore this thread. I just reviewed the save, and in the long term New Apolyton is probably a better place to build the LV.
