Bought game in EU, how can I bypass region lock

Hey guys. I got the game from EU, but I wanted to know how can I bypass steam (prolly some proxy servers) so I can play CiV now instead of tomorrow. I really dont think Im doing anyone any harm by playing a game I legitimately bought at the same time as people from the US.
