with all the people that make their own utilities, or cracks for existing editors...is there not one person who has made
1) a civ placement tool
2) a save game editor
3) a patch to activate the already existing start location box in the civIIIedit?
4) a scenario editor that will allow you to place cities or settlers on a starting map?
civ iii has its shortcomings, but it does have some stuff up on civ ii...the one thing i simply cannot abide is having scrambled start locations on an earth map, which is all i play.
in all this time, there has to be ONE of the aforementioned things done in someone's basement...
