Where is the leaderhead tutorial?

I remember reading a leaderhead tutorial written some time back. I believe it was written by either crazyroach or ccm01, but I've done an extensive search and came up empty.

It made making custom static 2-D leaderheads quite easy. Has it been archived or deleted? Is their an updated tutorial?
