Problems When I crate a New Civ?

When i created a new civ the citys on the map were messed up my capital looked like a industrial city and the other citys were just a blury mest up picture. Also on the diplamacy advising screen my leader was the wrong person. Also my gold went to about 10000000 in about one turn.

Can anyone help me with these problems Thanks.
