This mod is amazing and has made the game VERY fun for me.
It was released in a form that required the player to spend about 30mins setting it up which was a complete pain and has turned many people off it.
I have created an all in one zip file (15.2Mb) that, when unzipped to the civ3 directory, will modify/create ALL the necessary files to enable the mod. I have also bundled Shanky's resource description mod and have fixed all the known bugs (civilopeida crashes and the supercarrier).
All I need now is 15.2Mb of space to host the file. Any volunteers? Reply here.
I have posted the link to the original Alpha Mod thread (the mod is called - "The Mod with no name"). I prefer to call it the Alpha mod as that is easier to get my tongue around and the title of the original thread included Alpha in the name!

P.s. Vel was design team coordinator and Sevorak was the coder on the original project. A host of other people worked on providing suggestions....ALL credit goes to them. I have done VERY little in comparison in compiling this zip file.
