Maybe someone else might have noticed this:
Whenever the food box will fill up at the end of the turn, and the
population grows by one the next turn, the resource shields will increase by
the amount generated by the squares being worked on by the new population
(old pop +1). Also the squares being worked on will change around during
this particular end of turn phase and all resource shields and commerce
generation are based on the new arrangement, however the food box growth is
based on the old population and old arrangement.
Is this a design feature or bug?
