When you are almost out of disk space and save a game, it will create a new file of zero length. Obviously it can't be loaded. I would have appreciated a notification that I was out of space so I could remove some files to create room. Unfortunately i didn't discover that the games hadn't been fully saved until after I quit and tried to reload them.
