Solution to Draw buffer jumbled words & more

Just hit Ctrl Alt Delete and close all programs that have to do with you scanner. They are ushaly at the bottom and they beggin with Ocr or somthing like that. That should solve many problems.

Also does anyone know how to raise the tax rate?
