REPRO? Key presses in Civilopedia crashes app

Can anyone else repro this?

1. Save game! Or create new one.
2. Open Civilopedia
3. Select Tribes.
4. Select any tribe.
5. Press "Page Down" key three times.

Result:
Crunch! Game is shut down.

This repros for me consistently on WinXP Home and WinME on a Celron 633, Intel 82810 chipset, 128 MB RAM system.
