skipping intro movies

The game seems to run fine - after I manage to quickdraw and whack the escape key at the start of the intro movie (the one with the infogrames logo). I was wondering if there's any sort of way to skip the intro movies - maybe something that can be put in the command line...? Apologies if this is listed in the readme or elsewhere - but I can't find it if it is...
