OpenGL problem

Does anyone have a fix for this error?

Opengl32.dll file is linked to missing export GDI32dll:gdiSwapbuffers.

I have tried updated video drivers.

Sys is Pent 2 400, win 98, nvidia Riva MX64 32 megs.

Weird part is the game has played smooth as silk on my laptop with an 8 meg vid card. Go figure.
